 This typography is very interesting, because instead of making the letters themselves, they have blacked-out the parts of the the letters. This causes a negative effect.

 This typography is interesting because it looks like it has been made from lots of different layers, making the entire sentence. It is clear, although it takes a while to make sense of what it actually says.

This typography is interesting because there are two different layers of words, which both say different things. It takes a long time to understand what the bottom layer says, as it has been delibrately blocked out, but once it is understood, it is easy to understand why the two different set of words have been put together like this.
